First of all, thank you to Marymount School of NEW YORK, for having this great opportunity enhancing my teaching/ professional permananent training.

Attending the conference , I ve been invited to reflect more upon the relevance of SOCIAL MEDIA in developing my school activities and educational projects.

Ive found here a very valuable students ` perspective:that  this way,Students are used to comment assignments with the peers this way , they get feedback on any questions, that they are making announcements about upcoming school events using SM( FACEBOOK, Twitter),spreading thus the school spirit.

The author of the presentation wonders that she should create a Facebook group whenever they form a committee.

Threa were also enumerated MISCONCEPTIONS vs. REALITY on Facebook, Intsgram,Twitter on nurturing a narcisistic teen selfie culture. The reality is in fact the Social Media  is very accessible, leting the teachers the opportunity to make class/ club groups, comunicating more actively with their  students, offering the opportunity to share articles/ videos, building professional network, permitting the students reviewing classwork, posting class images and work.

The administrators were advised to craft an acceptable use policy for students.
