Presenters and Volunteers must complete the following:

1. Try entering the practice room at http://www.thepracticeroom.me to see if your system is already confirgured for Blackboard Collaborate. If you aren't able to enter that room, then verify that your system is compatible with Blackboard Collaborate 
2. Attend one of the live training sessions or watch the recorded training at the bottom of this page
