About Me:: I have extensive experience in information systems technology and the financial services industry. After a 30-year career with IBM, including numerous management and executive positions in support of the financial services industry, I founded PortStar Consulting, Inc. and was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Lighthousebank, and later Chief information Officer for BankBlackwell.

As an Edutainer, I have provided board member services and was primary group leader/instructor for technology-education at Brandeis University (BOLLI program). I created, developed and taught varied 21st century technology, communications and computer technology courses at Brandeis University, Regis College, and the Waltham Council on Aging, successfully adapting new and emerging technologies so that they could be understood and employed by mature adults.
