About Me:: I am a certified master trainer of Change Agents in ICT in education from INHOLLAND University –Netherlands(certified teacher trainer and coach) , certified project management professional, Institute of Management consultant and trainer full member , have a master degree in management information systems, B. Sc in Chemistry(major) environment (minor),have Specialist experience in the following technical areas: teaching and learning; teacher training; and student assessment, teacher professional development practices and adult learning methods, and a wide experience as a team leader, train the trainer and leadership program manager, content consultant working on empowering change Agent: the power of Attitude program at CADER ,the CEO of Aqaba Hotels Association(USAID and (EU funded) effectively managing an Annual budget of quarter a million $. ,MENA regional Globe program director and working now as training manager at Al-Rowad international schools in Riyadh .

I had started my learning and development career as a teacher then as a senior master trainer, lecturer and content developer in post graduate diploma in ICT in education, content developer and train the trainer in CADER (change Agents for Arab development and Education Reform) in which I lead the process of change in many projects and schools, e.g. "Innovative use of ICT in Education"(USAID funded),Education reform projects 1 and 2 (USAID funded) in which I was able to supervise, and coach teachers ,supervisors and management of MOE in education technical skills and programme management from 2005-2013, I delivered the program in poverty areas in Jordan such as Shona, Ghor….and in Palestinian refugee camps (Wehdat, Baqqa ,Schneler..). Examples of training I delivered are teaching , learning and assessment, supervision and coaching ,principalship, school change management, leadership skills, conflict management, team building, communication skills, problem solving, situational leadership and IT change management ,and to integrate technology with modern pedagogies to create a student centered active learning environment
