Short Session Description (one line): Virtual Enterprises International is a high school entrepreneurship program in which students develop and operate all functions of a business, buying and selling to other VEI firms (schools) throughout the world.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): Virtual Enterprises International is a high school entrepreneurship program and business simulation offered to students throughout the world. Virtual Enterprises classes develop and operate virtual businesses, carrying out all functions of actual businesses, including: human resources, accounting and finance, marketing, sales, production, research and development, social responsibility, and technology. Through an online banking system, VEI students receive virtual paychecks that they use to make purchases from other VEI firms (schools). In addition to working in the office (classroom), VEI students attend conferences, networking events, trade shows, and business plan competitions. This rigorous program allows students to gain real world experience while they are still in the classroom.
