Short Session Description (one line):  The Video Pen Pal Program is a way for students to learn about and engage with communities and cultures completely different from their own -- from students their own age.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like):  The Video Pen Pal Program is run by LumenEd, a socially-minded startup that was founded last year by 5 college students at Oberlin College. LumenEd's mission is to connect classrooms in developing countries to digital educational resources, and give them a platform to share their knowledge and stories with the rest of the world.
