The Web Has A Dilemma With It's Diplomas

What do you think about the idea that the U.S. doesn't have a single coarse made to focuse skills of a web developer or web designer that is certified by the U.S. Department of Education.

I feel as though they area when I get in collage and apply for it I hope by my soul there is at least one coarse for it.
