How we use Snapchat to communicate with the student body at Marymount.

The Marymount Student Technology Team has a snapchat called “mmtlife” in which we make daily posts about things going on in the community. This ranges from reminders, to assemblies, to funny things that students do. Our snapchat helps connect the student body, as well as keep it informed. Last year, we launched a bi-weekly newscast in hopes of communicating with the school. This year, it was replaced with snapchat, reimagining the traditional newscast in a more accessible way than ever before.

I run Social Networking Homes: I help students connect with their peers from homes, under the moderation of parents. Schools alone cannot connect to globalize their students - our students are asleep when you are at school!
