Full Session Description (as long as you would like): The need for individuals to develop technology skills in both a nation and international demand. In the United States, there has been a focus on developing community college graduates for anticipated growth in "middle skill" jobs. Globally, the demand to develop a digital workforce continues to be a #1 prior for many societies. How do you develop or improve your current tech skills? This session will discuss the need to develop lifelong learning technology skills and strategies to grow your skills.

Thank you for your proposal.  Because this is a student-led and student-based conference, we prefer that proposals are from students.  Will some of your students be part of your presentation?

No, I'm the only presenter. I don't mind withdrawing my proposal at this time. I would be happy to assist as a volunteer. I can alway submit my proposal for consideration GEC in November.

Because we accept college student presentations, please consider submitting this next year with one of your students.  I think it bring an new perspective to the discussion (we often only talk about preparing K-12 students!)
