Short Session Description (one line): Listeners/Viewers will learn how to grow entrepreneurs at their school.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): With lots of experience in the startup community I have found faults in most school systems. Schools grow students to become fixed income workers when many schools don't explore the options of encouraging the students to become entrepreneurs. How do schools do this? At our school we created a House of Technology and grew it using the lean startup method and the business model canvas. It has grown into a profitable business venture and many of us have learned valuable lessons for young entrepreneurs. The House of Technology then went on to grow great connections with startups in the community which I will touch on in the presentation and show you how to use particular startups. I have had experience with a business accelerator that my father runs/owns so I had key parts in growing the startups and to see it come full circle with my passion at school is very satisfying. Not only will I show how easy it is to create a tech-startup hot bed I will also explain the brain of entrepreneurs so you can learn how to handle and grow young entrepreneurs at your school.
