Target Audience(s): Anyone involved with or interested in hearing about technological innovation and design, as well as about how to make an idea a reality in spite of the age discrimination faced by teenagers.

Short Session Description (one line): We will present about how we founded the company, Frants Innovators, Inc. while in high school, and how other high school students who want to start a business or develop a project can do so.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like): When I (Daniil Frants) was in the 9th grade, I was talking with someone when they mentioned an idea which I decided to create. The idea was to program Google Glass to provide live time subtitles for the hearing disabled. I started working on doing this. After about 5 months, Ilan Pesselev joined the company which I had created, and started helping me with the project. After another 6 months, we shut it down after a team at Georgia Tech beat us to it. However, we still had the company, and a lot of other ideas. Since then, we have created new designs which we are in the process of getting patents for, and we even have a small space where we have set up a 3D printing lab. We are also consulting with another company which is developing their own product, and helping them with the 3D printing aspects of it. Many people in high school have ideas like ours. These ideas can range from charities to products to art projects. In this session, we will outline what we did to make our ideas a reality, and what others can do to accomplish this, despite the widespread age discrimination against teenagers.
