Full Session Description (as long as you would like): This session will take participants on the online and blended course design circuit by outlining the Quality Matters K-12 Secondary Rubric standards and how they can be applied to their online and blended courses. Participants will visit 8 pit stops, getting an introduction to the General and Specific Standards, as well as examples from the annotations, at each one. The race will include Pit stops as follows: 1: Course Overview and Introduction, 2: Learning Objectives (Competencies), 3: Assessment and Measurement, 4: Instructional Materials, 5: Learner Interaction and Engagement, 6: Course Technology, 7: Learner Support, and 8: Accessibility.
